New Yoga

Took some new yoga pictures, and posted them at NN. I have had a lot of people say they love the pictures, and think yoga would be to hard for them. However yoga is actually very easy if you start out slow and know your limitations. Sure you wont be able to do some of the poses right away, while some of those you can do might not be perfect at first. It is a matter of trying and practice, the more you do the more flexible you will become and the more energetic as well. Many of the poses help with the spine, while also helping other issues you may have, and for women it really does help to relieve menstrual cramps. And truth be told some of the poses are fun to play around in, while if you are into or interested in tantra sex it is a great idea to practice yoga as well. Honestly

Newbienudes is my favorite site on the internet. I have met literally thousands of great people there, and have made I feel hundreds of friends.
